Warranty: Climb Master, Inc. warrants all Out Doe Pro products, climbing systems and accessories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the original date of purchase.

Limitations:  Our warranty is invalid if the product(s) are damaged by neglect or abnormal use; if the product has been customized or altered in any form other than the original product.  If any unauthorized alterations or repairs are made without contacting Climb Master, Inc. in writing; all warranties are void.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to best determine the proper use of our products for proper application.  Although our products have many uses; they are designed for hunting and recreation.  Out Doe Pro ladders are not intended nor authorized for any uses that might create potentially health or life threatening situations, other than what are products are designed for.  This warranty is non transferable nor assignable. 

No other warranties:  This warranty is in lieu of all other implied warranties.  Except as provided with the limited warranty card supplied with Out Doe Pro ladders and products and instruction sheets are provided as is.  Any other warranties or representations written or oral expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or beyond the description on the face here of.  Unless required by law; no agent, representative or employee of Climb Master, Inc. is authorized to make warranties, obligations or representations inconsistent with or in addition to those set forth in this limited warranty.

No Damages:  Under no circumstances will Climb Master, Inc. be liable for direct, indirect, special incidental or consequential damages resulting from breach of warranty or under any legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.  Under no situation, will Climb Master, Inc. be liable for sums in excess of the purchase price of the products.  Climb Master, Inc. is also not liable for lost profits or goodwill; down time; damage or destruction of items or equipment used with, or in conjunction with Climb Master, Inc. personal injury or loss; or any other damages.
